A case of recurrent dislocation of patella

Abstract
|

|
Twenty-four years old Korean army soldier sustained recurrent dislocation of patella on left knee due to trauma. Hauser-Mckeever´s operation was done. The joint capsule was very Taxed in medial side and tightened in lateral side, and destructed the lateral femoral condyle with loose bodys in joint capsule.
The post operative function of affected knee was Exellent.
